This hotel is right at the Mekong, you can watch Laos from the sidewalk. The rooms are the cleanest i've seen for a while, the restaurant provides superb food and drinks for a very honest price, while providing top quality and big portions. The staff and owner, Julian, are extremely accomodating. Its silent, beautiful, and even the most economical rooms are well-equiped and maintained. This property isnt being neglected, its the opposite. The surroundings feel like a small village, its a unique place. I will return again! Thank you so much for having us! 🙏

On the first floor, there is a living room, bathroom, and kitchen. There is a refrigerator, electric kettle, and tableware. The bedroom is on the second floor. There is a very efficient air conditioner. The bathroom is spacious and clean. It is a very quiet environment, so you can sleep well at night. It is about 5 minutes to the bus terminal. It is also close to restaurants along the river. It is 1 minute to the convenience store.

The facilities are excellent. Very well equipped. Excellent AC, water pressure great and hot water. But the highlight for me was meeting the host Nick. You could not wish to have a more helpful person as your host. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He arranged food for us as we arrived. He took us on a sight seeing trip. He gave advice on getting to Laos, telephones while we were there, helped filling in forms and he took my family to the bridge to cross into Laos. We enjoyed the stay so much we stayed another night on our return and Nick collected my family from the bridge. I cycled to Laos.
