One of my best stays in Thailand. The owner is very welcoming and kind. The room was very nice and comfortable. Fast Internet and great bed. The breakfast is delicious and very filling. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful old wooden villa restored with love and adapted to modern standards without hurting the general historic aspect. Friendly service and excellent breakfast. Even though it was very hot, we could stroll through the historic park, cross the river and reach a few good restaurants for dinner.

Keep in mind that there is no such thing as "free breakfast." Nothing is free. They offered the usual rice porridge and toast for an extra charge of 50 baht. That was acceptable and within expectations for the price and location.
