The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We didn't feel as guests in a hotel, but in a family house. The manager was always recommending to us the best interactions and making sure that we are satisfied with our stay and everything we do there. It was just amazing and we will definitely visit this place again.

Staff were very interested Tea is served every time and clean around. The view is the best in the region. It has the opportunity to hookah and is delicious. The rooms we preferred standard room are 15-20 square meters average but clean and regular price performance hotel for accommodation. I definitely recommend it.

The reception was really good. The area was quiet and close enough to the center (with car). Everything I wanted to book (tours and stuff), the owner did it for me. He was really helpful.

We had reserved two rooms for two nights, the cave-like place known in this area. As soon as we entered our room, we could smell a strong smell of damp and mold. There was one dehumidifier that couldn't absorb all the moisture. There was no way we could leave right away because we had a hot air balloon flight booked for the next morning. It was very dusty, sand was falling everywhere from the ceiling and walls. My husband went to sleep in the car. In the few hours inside the room, our clothes absorbed the moisture and smelled bad. After the hot air balloon flight and the breakfast (which was very poor) we left right away. They didn't want to refund us for one night 😡
