Can't give 11 therefore only 10. Great location in Avanos old city just opposite to pedestrian bridge, very clean and comfortable room, and the owner who is unbelievably hospitable. He is also a guide so don't hesitate to ask for ideas.

Everything! The hosts were super friendly and welcoming! We were feeling like at home. The rooms were stunning and everything was perfectly clean. Breakfast was delicious as well. Parking was also no problem. It was really a perfect hotel that exceeded our expectations. We would always choose this hotel again.

Big room, comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Great swimming pools. Restaurants, stores are in walking distance (10 minutes, by car 2 minutes). The owner (Husein) and his wife are very friendly persons. They invited us many times for a perfect Turkish tea or coffee. They helped us to organize our excursions (for example the balloon ride). I strongly recommend this place! Reasonable price, nice memories! Tesekür ederim!

We deliberated a lot on our stay in Cappadocia, there were so many options and it's hard to decide which one would be authentic and good for us. We are glad we chose well. Our stay there was very short, and we came with no big plans except to get a glimpse of this amazing landscape. The hotel is located in Uchisar right next to the Uchisar Castle, has a great view of the valley below (and the balloon rides in the morning). The staff Mustafa and Bahar was super helpful with arranging all logistics for us very quickly including a shuttle to and from Kayseri airport which was over an hour away, a curated day trip with a guide and massages. Mustafa has been very gracious with his suggestions on what to do on the trip, restaurents to visit and went out of his way to make our visit memorable. It was my birthday on the one day and he arranged for a suprise celebration woven into our day trip, which was lovely. The Kale Konal breakfast is a wonderful spread and unmissable. The resident dog Badam will keep you company over coffee :)! The rooms are cozy and well appointed. Be prepared for a lot of up and down walking to the rooms, and come with lighter luggage. And dont miss a walk up the Uchisar Castle, the views are totally worth the short walk up.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We didn't feel as guests in a hotel, but in a family house. The manager was always recommending to us the best interactions and making sure that we are satisfied with our stay and everything we do there. It was just amazing and we will definitely visit this place again.

Eser and Ibby were amazing hosts. Eser took care of all our bookings from airport shuttle to all our tour bookings. Eser was easy to communicate with. Eser is the best cook in Cappadocia the breakfasts and dinners were AMAZING.

The staff were incredible! They went above and beyond for us. They organised our transport to and from the airport and they helped us put on a load of washing there, even thought this isn't a service they provide. Breakfast was lovely- homemade jam was a stand out! Rooms were cosy.

We had reserved two rooms for two nights, the cave-like place known in this area. As soon as we entered our room, we could smell a strong smell of damp and mold. There was one dehumidifier that couldn't absorb all the moisture. There was no way we could leave right away because we had a hot air balloon flight booked for the next morning. It was very dusty, sand was falling everywhere from the ceiling and walls. My husband went to sleep in the car. In the few hours inside the room, our clothes absorbed the moisture and smelled bad. After the hot air balloon flight and the breakfast (which was very poor) we left right away. They didn't want to refund us for one night 😡
