The friendly staff (even drove us in the morning to the old street, the warmed pool, the huge bath, the playroom for the kids, the scenery. Everything was perfect!

Dinner hotpot was a choice of Beef or Pork hotpot (not buffet, but very filling and tasty). Every room had our own personal hot spring bath which was AWESOME, just need to phone the front desk and they will trigger the hot water to start filling up your bath. Downside is that the water is really hot and you need to mix with cold water to cool it down. There's also a public gender separated bath.

Amazing architecture, art, atmosphere and staff! The staff, owner and his family and dogs are super friendly! Breakfast was delicious, room and bathroom was super clean and beautiful, had a super restful sleep on the tatami. I can't wait to come back next time!
