Location is perfect, path is $3 and you're 15mins from Manhattan, Room is absolutely amazing value for money, doesn't feel too bad sharing a bathroom as theres not many people using it, does the job. I was really pleased they had a microwave and fridge in the room, clean room, everything looks like pictures provoded

The place was clean and looked exactly like in the photos. There’s a shared bathroom and kitchen, and even some snacks were prepared for us, which was a sweet touch. The host was very kind, responsive, and helpful – always replied quickly, so everything went smoothly on that side. It’s about a 25-minute walk from Journal Square, where you can catch the PATH train to New York in around 20–30 minutes. So getting into the city is actually very easy and convenient.

The property was very well connected to public transportation, making it quick and easy to get to Manhattan, yet it was located in a quiet area. We especially loved the amazing view of the Manhattan skyline right from the front door. Everything was clean and tidy, and there was even a cleaning service during our stay. While the walls were a bit thin, we hardly noticed the other guests—even though the bathroom and kitchen were shared with two other apartments. The room offered enough space, the bed was comfortable for two people, and there was even a wardrobe. Overall, the value for money was incredible!

The place is in an excellent location, 200 meters from a major train station that connects Jersey City to Manhattan. The neighborhood is very quiet. At no time did I feel that my safety was at risk. I booked a non-smoking room with a double bed and a private bathroom. The room was very clean, and my stay was very comfortable for one person. For my Brazilian standards, it served me very well.

The shared kitchen had everything to prepare meals. Filtered water, coffee, sugar and basic pantry items were available for the guests. The fridge had a portion segregated for each room. The patio had a few chairs and umbrellas and was a great place to have coffee in the morning and relax in the evenings. Staff was always available in case we had any questions/issues. Special thanks to Hope. Highly recommend.

The only thing I disliked was that I didn’t have more time to explore the area and take in the spectacular city views! My room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable! Check in was seamless and hassle free, and catching a bus into the city was a breeze! I really appreciated the host’s thoughtfulness in leaving a basket of snacks and water. And there’s nothing like a clean bathroom in a shared space. An all around fantastic experience. Thank you!
