A hidden gem,located behind owners property making it quiet,private and safe.Off road parking on a level driveway in a very nice leafy neighborhood.Very convenient for airport and motorways.Local shops and bars are walking distance away. There is a covered outside sitting area,which was very handy in the evenings.The unit is well furnished and well equipped with everything you need and also with things you may have forgotten you needed!Hosts are charming and helpful and we followed their recommendations for local wild life parks and gardens.So all in all an excellent and memorable place!

We chose Alan's cozy pad as our base for three nights exploring Orlando and the surrounding area. We enjoyed our clean and comfortable room. The house and shared kitchen provided everything we needed. Alan is a great host with a keen sense of hospitality. In retrospect, we regret not spending more time at his house to get to know him as we were busy exploring all day.

Very centrally located in Orlando, very private due to the fact that it is a standalone Guesthouse. Inside it feels almost like a flat. Lots of restaurants and bars around but location of the guesthouse is surprisingly calm. Highly recommended!
