Location right on An Bang beach. Great restaurant attached to the hotel. Very affordable honestly. Clean, lovely rooms, staff were very helpful and friendly Plenty of other restaurants within walking distance. Can’t fault this homestay.

Wonderful homestay! Super clean modern yet tasteful Vietnamese designed building. The room has lovely bedding, modern bathroom and balcony. Great breakfast, beautiful pool, with only a few minutes walk to a nice sandy wave beach and restaurants. The owner of the villa has an excellent seafood restaurant on the beachfront. You can stay on her banana lounges for free if staying here. The family are so lovely, kind and helpful. Can’t recommend it enough.

Really well maintained and all facilities were in great condition! Nice swimming pool to cool down. Host constantly spoiled us with tea, coffee and lots of yummy fruit platters. The airport transfers went very smooth and were well priced. The beach is around 2 minutes walk through cute alleys full with cafes and restaurants. The apartment we stayed in was enourmous.

Em the owner couldn't have been more helpful. Her knowledge and can do attitude may our 5 day stay in Hoi An amazing. Booked us on a huge boat on the river for $4 each and packed a picnic to eat saving us $400. The rooms were massive, beautiful swimming pool. Fabulous restaurant and chef Ty. Delicious food, great prices. Make use of the free bicycles and get out and about town. Hoi an old town so beautiful at night. Loved the cool clean waters of Ems swimming pool. Staff amazing. Sad to leave Em's but all 5 of us definitely coming back to stay. Gem of a hotel to stay at. Everything close.

This vila is home to a very hospitable family of owners and the room on the top floor was cozy enough to stay there for a week and more. So great that there is a pool and thank you so much to the owner for helping me take my bike to the repair shop) I also liked that you can buy goodies downstairs at night when all the stores nearby are closed) I wish you prosperity and lots of joy from every day))) Thank you for your kindness and smiles)

Everything here was perfect. Owned by a lovely couple who haven’t had the property that long. Rooms were perfect for our stay, the property was modern and clean throughout. The two owners were so lovely and friendly. The wife spoke very good English and was super helpful with tour knowledge and helping us book a bus out of hoi an. I would recommend here to anyone

    My husband and I stayed for 4 days initially but we loved it so much we booked a further 2 days before continuing our travels. It is simply the best place to stay if you visit Hoi An. It is on the beach and about 10 mins taxi from Hoi An. Qua and her sisters and parents do a fabulous job at making everything do perfect. We loved An Bang Sea Scape Homestay
