this property is outstanding. everything was perfect. beautiful view, spacious room and bathroom. very very modern. the view from the balcony is incredible. the place is spotless clean. it was the most comfortable stay I have had throughout my trip of numerous stays. I really can not recommend this place strongly enough. the hosts are absolutely lovely. the gentleman organised two trips for me which were outstanding. his mother is the kindest lady !! she helped me with my bags to the taxi. the hosts treat you like family. they offer 7 litres of drinking water in the room, air conditioning, a kettle and I am sure I’d you needed anything else, they would be more than willing to provide it. the place is beautifully decorated. I really could not believe how nice and charming this place really is when I saw it! the bed is comfortable and they have a tv in the room. this is a must stay! the location is ideal, close to all the main attractions and within minutes of the dragon and love bridge. there are some local restaurants only a few minutes walk away and all of the people in them are so so sweet, as well as the people in the shops on the street. you are sure to feel welcomed, safe and taken care of here. my only regret is not staying here longer!

The owner is very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier we had. The room was spacious with complete amenities. Although it was quite a work out climbing all the stairs, the owner and his family helped me carry my luggage so it was all good.

Location, interior, staff - everything was awesome! Photos attached to the profile are real. You can drop a luggage earlier if you need before check in, the same after check out. Also the personal helped us to buy tickets to Ba Na Hills. It was super easy and smooth. Linh is very friendly and swiftly was answering our questions. Many thanks for this! P.S. This place is affordable, with clean rooms and friendly service. We explored the Son Tra peninsula on scooters, arranged by the staff. Staff suggested a sunset tour to Hoi An, which we’ll never forget.

Highly recommended. The location is perfect – right by the beach and super convenient! Everything is within easy reach, just a few minutes to popular tourist spots. The host and staffs are incredibly friendly, helpful, and responds lightning-fast to any questions – seriously, they answer everything. The house itself is beautifully decorated and the price is very reasonable.

    The room is very clean and quiet. The landlady is very friendly and she owns an entire villa as a homestay in the old town , so that we can taste good and cheap local fruit and juice.The checkout time is 12 noon so we can have a good rest all morning😇

    The place is nice and in the middle of a living area of locals. As the steeet is tiny youbhave no traffic noise going on. Place is clean and Vincent is a good Host and took care of us and we could even store our bags there for a few days, while we are gone.
