The staff was extremely nice. They went above and beyond by letting us check in early (with no cost) and treating us with homemade yogurt when we returned from a day of cave exploring. They had all you need in the bathroom, including toothpaste. The bed was big and comfortable and the whole place was spacious, well illuminated and well decorated. The hot water, AC and wifi worked well. We booked the cave tour through them and they called us a taxi, all for a very competitive price. The location is also pretty great, close to everything and with great river view.

We were satisfied with the hotel. The room was large and clean, with a nice bathroom and well working air conditioning and internet. The hotel is not directly at the beach and I do not know what is meant with the private beach, but in any case one can walk in 10 minutes to the sunflower beach/restaurant that is actually the best beach we have seen in Vietnam during our one month holiday.

Lovation is great, owners are really nice and helpful. We stayed one night but great aircon, clean room, beds and pillows comfy!

The owner was exceptional. She was very friendly, caring and helpful. She has also washed our laundry during our stay for a fair price. We felt so comfortable and safe as the place is located in a quieter neighborhood away from the main street yet not too far from the shops and restaurants. I have caught a bad cold and she gave me some medicine to help with my strong cough. She also booked a tour for us and overall just walked the extra mile. We stayed one night through booking.com and extended our stay directly with her for another 4 nights. Thank you so much for your hospitality and that we could use AUMORI for our recovery.
