Location is good, it has a grocery store, several coffee shops, 10 mins walk to Michelin places. Neighborhood is quite. The owner speaks English and helped us in choosing pleases where to eat, and much more with other stuff. Room on the first floor has a separate toilet (not inside of the room) but like 3 feet away and I think it is advantageous. Room is not big, but has fridge, AC, space to hang your close. Very clean, not doubts. Bathroom has gel, shampoo
