Although communication was sometimes difficult with the staff we used WhatsApp to arrange a tour of the sand dunes which picked us up and dropped us off at the home stay (definitely recommend the sunrise keep tour) and they arranged the bus to Ho Chi Minh to pick us from outside the homestay. The owner stayed with us to ensure the bus came for us. All easily arranged through WhatsApp with the owner.
