It was a good and comfortable stay and the hotel is the same as in the pictures. The staff was very friendly, loving, cooperative and ready to help.

A very convenient location to explore Haiphong by foot. The entrance is hidden in a small alley. It is a lovely guesthouse with a wonderful host family. Very friendly and most helpful. Nice room with comfortable bed. Laundry service provided inhouse.

Every detail, from the high-speed Wi-Fi to the neatly arranged toiletries, showed how much thought the owners put into creating a space that's not just functional, but truly comforting. The location was another huge bonus — situated in a quiet alley, so peaceful at night, but just a short ride to the bustling city center, with cafes, shops, and local markets all within easy reach. It made it so convenient to explore Hải Phòng without the noise and chaos that sometimes come with staying right downtown. But what truly touched me was the heart behind everything. That evening, it rained heavily, and the host even offered me an umbrella and recommended cozy nearby places to have dinner. It’s the small gestures that make a big difference.

The host was super helpful and friendly, the location is quiet but just around the corner from busier streets making it perfect. We had a great stay :)

This place is great and peaceful. The room is confortable. The shared area are really nice and the coffee is good. The staff is kind and helped us a lot to book our transportation to Cat Ba and Airport.
