One of our favorite places. Great quality and value. Beautiful and very large room. Access to a kitchen to cook your own food. Hien, the owner is fabulous! She always available to help ( book bus tickets or advise places to go) She lended us bikes for free, drove us to the bus station. Our kids played together. We loved int and stayed one more night.

Booked a double room for an overnight stay here to break up the journey from Muang Xay to Sapa , and got free room upgrade with private Bath. Dinner was huge portion. On the check out day, I asked the folks living there about the bus to Sapa and the lady boss told me that there is a 11.30am bus from DBP to Sapa, so you don’t need to take the night bus!! Perfect for tourist! Currently on the 11.30am bus to Sapa as I’m typing this. Highly recommend this Homestay! If you’re journeying to Sapa, do yourself a favor - Stay here for the night and take the 11.30am bus to Sapa the next day!

The lovely woman who runs this guesthouse might just be the hardest working woman in all of Vietnam. She does everything she can to help each and every one of her guests, from arrange buses, motorbike rentals, connecting you to trekking tours and even helping with currency exchange. She and her husband also own the restaurant right beside the guesthouse and will prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner for you if you like. All the food freshly made and is a good as any in Dien Bien Phu. As for the guesthouse, it's more like a budget hotel but quite sufficient and clean. If you choose to eat at their restaurant it will feel more like an extension of the guesthouse. Lovely place and people.

Tuan Minh is a family run hotel. I was very well received by the owners and the location is just fantastic. The room was great, with air conditioning and a private bathroom. More than just hosting me, they helped me in all i needed to continue my trip. Fantastic people!
