The property exceeded my expectations. The room is newly built and very beautifully designed and right behind my room was the swimming pool and a outdoor dining area. It’s got beautiful plants everywhere and is in a quiet area of Tam Coc but is very easy and quick to get to the town. No insects in the room, very good aircon and hot water is hot! The bed was large a very comfortable. My host Cherry and her family were super nice, helpful and welcoming. They made sure I had a very comfortable stay! I will definitely stay again.

First we were skeptical because there weren’t that much reviews but the reviews that were there were al 10’s. Believe it or not this place definitely lived up the reviews. The accommodation was amazing. Really nice rooms and nice swimming pool. The scenery was beautiful and the building is great. The staff helped us at top notch. Bookings for busses or tours and motorbikes. They give you breakfast witch is great and always ask if everything is alright or if you need help. It was great

This was my 4th stop in VN and I must say, this homestay is my favorite. It is a homestay with a hotel feel. The owner was so easy to speak to and very accommodating. I like that all I needed was here or can be arranged. Its farther than the town center which is great. Its among the rice fields and mountain. Plus you get picked up by tours/vans first which means you get to choose the best seat. :D

Nam, the owner, was very helpful in giving advice on what to do and see. The room was spacious enough for a family of four and was very clean. The pool was a welcome relief at the end of the hot, humid days. The location of the property on the lake is perfect for short strolls to local cafes or the Tam Coc boat tour.
