The hosts are very kind and the room was clean. The location was great, close to the lake and all the restaurants with no hostel blasting music nearby. You can rent bicycles or scooters, they provide laundry service and can organise a taxi to Ninh Binh for you, all for a very fair price. The breakfast was simple but very filling, eggs, bread, fruit and a drink. It was nice to relax in the swimming pool after a day of exploring.

We had a spacious and comfortable double room for a great price here. It had a big window, a kettle and a rack for hanging clothes. Water pressure and temperature regulation were good. My sister stayed in the female dorm and had absolutely nothing to complain about too. The whole place is nice and clean. Breakfast was great, always some fruit and a delicious chicken pho every other day (eggs with bread otherwise). They have a drinking water fountain which is so nice. We appreciated the free bicycles as we used them every day and went as far as Ninh Binh on them no problem. Some restaurants and smaller shops nearby. They offer transport to other locations for a good price. The ladies working there are lovely.

The owner of the property was super kind. When we arrived he had a tea and a few snacks prepared for us and we had that meals while he explained us what were the best places to visit. When we left, the owner also prepared us a breakfast to take away since we left before the breakfast time.

The location is perfect – set back from the main road, so it’s nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. We easily rented both bicycles and a motorbike directly at the homestay – the motorbike was a bit older but worked perfectly. Our room was simple but very clean, and the whole building felt quite new and well maintained. Breakfast was good every day, and we enjoyed it a lot. Overall, we had a great time and everything was perfect. We can definitely recommend this place!
