Hosts are professional: the hosts are super nice and helpful. They are responsive and can even help you in planning your trip. They give you a sense of the unique culture available on the island. - Super affordable qnd woth ittt. - Go local: Supporting such businesses instead of super expensive chains (that don't peovide half of the services they offer) is a must. LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE AMAZING HOSTS BEHIND IT.

We stayed at Nuba Heart as a family with two children and had an amazing experience. The accommodation was spacious and quiet, with two large bedrooms. It's ideally located—just a short walk from the ferry (only 10 EGP per person), and close to the train station and the local bazaar. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth. A taxi was waiting for us at the airport, and Thameer organized all our tours and even our transfer to our next accommodation in Luxor, all at very good prices. He was always available and ready to help with anything we needed. We enjoyed delicious breakfast and lovely rooftop dinners with a great view. The Nubian village around the guesthouse is full of charm and becomes very lively at night. The locals are warm and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere made us feel right at home. Highly recommended, especially for families looking for an authentic experience and excellent hospitality. Our children loved it.

The guest house has private entrance. There are no words to start describing Abu. He is probably the most gentle person I've seen. He received us with his boat and took us to the hotel, and he was very welcoming. He helped us find transportation when we were kind of stuck and didn't know how to move in Aswan, and he also took us on a tour the the Nubian town and transported us as many times as we wanted and he charged us really fairly. He even had breakfast for us ready when we had to wake up super early to go to Abu Simbel and even gave my mother in law a massage to help her with her back problem. Really, an amazing host.

The location is excellent, and our host was lovely and incredibly helpful. This place truly exceeded our expectations. Initially, we had some doubts based on our previous experiences in Egypt, but La Terrace turned out to be one of the best in terms of location, views, and price.Situated on Elephantine Island, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The room was spacious, featuring three beds and a cozy bathroom, equipped with all the basic facilities we needed. The island itself is perfect for grounding, relaxing, and taking things slow. Accessing the island from the pier was a breeze, with an affordable boat ticket that took us there in less than 3-4 minutes.Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants around, making it convenient to explore local dining options. We would definitely come back and stay longer next time!

Owner and staff were very kind to us and our kids. Room was clean and it had a nice view on the Nile. Location was awesome, just a few steps from the ferry boat pier and minutes away from main attractions of the island.
