So many impressions. The room was beautifully decorated and, most importantly, spotlessly clean. Everything was carefully thought out for comfort. The bathroom had a full set of toiletries. The welcome champagne, sweets, and water were a lovely surprise. The balcony offered a breathtaking view of the Alps. The hosts were very friendly, sociable, kind, and attentive. They even asked about our breakfast preferences. The breakfast was delicious, and they let us take anything we couldn't finish for the road. My wife was especially happy to meet their amazing Labrador, Zeus :) They arranged discount cards for the ski slopes for us. At checkout, we were once again pleasantly surprised by the nice gifts.

Landhaus Königsreiner, a property with barbecue facilities, is located in Kolbnitz, 12 km from Roman Museum Teurnia, 22 km from Porcia Castle, as well as 25 km from Millstatt Abbey. We had a lovely stay at this beautiful, meticulously clean and comfortable property. The family that owns and operates this recently renovated property welcomed us with open arms and took very good care of us. Our room was very comfortable. The shower was great. Balcony views incredible. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in Carinthia, mostly locally sourced fresh products. Good coffee, good eggs. We are hiking Alpe Adria trail and this has been one of our favorite stays. Thanks for hosting us! I would highly recommend a stay here to anyone walking Alpe Adria or touring my car in the area.

The location is so romantic, with a amazing view of beautiful nature. The host was very polite and kind, the kitchen is fully equipped:)
