The atmosphere at this property is created by the lovely owners! Dhea is so welcoming and lovely, she made me feel so safe although I was hitting a rough spot during my solo travel, so thank you for that! The food is amazing, if you like fresh seafood, you just need to try their menu! The rooms are new, quiet and have a lovely view.

Wedgetaildown was exactly what we were looking for. Betty and Peter were wonderful hosts.

Bryan was a lovely host and the Villa was very clean and comfortable. The beds were also comfortable. The Villa was only a short walk into town and to the historic trail walk and right across form the beach. The Villas are an easy 50min drive feom the Ferry. The cereals and bread for breakfast were appreciated.

Great hosts, wonderful big, lovely made accommodation, well equipped. We really enjoyed staying there and getting a special tour around the Isle from our hosts. In the garden are a lot of wild animals, so we could make the best Koala pics "home"; only from 2 meter distance. It's a very quiet place; we've heard only animal sounds and slept wonderfully.

Brett was such a great host, very welcoming and friendly. The cabin was so cute, clean and perfect for our little getaway. The Cabin is conveniently located in Brownlow and offers plenty of privacy. We really enjoyed eating breakfast on the verandah. It was the perfect base being so very close to Kingscote and it's amenities.

It is in a great location and well appointed with everything you need Kitchen has everything you needed to cook. Sue is a great host we had a black out late in the day and Sue turned up with lanterns and water to see us through in the end SA Power repaired the lines before it went dark but we really appreciated Sue ensuring we were going to be ok

We loved that our dog was so welcome! Chase was a lovely friend for him and he loved running around. Brett’s place is well set up for a quiet time away on Kangaroo Island and Brett is a great host. Hopefully we’ll be back!
