True professionals of hospitality: very warm and kind people, everything they prepared was first-class or better. The place is clean and cozy, place in a nice location between Kingscote and Pennshaw (American River). There are koalas walking around! They managed to heat the room very creatively by inserting heating lights in the bathroom. There is a view of the ocean from the window, the room is very well equipped, and they even put umbrellas in the closet. The breakfast was outstanding: delicious, and the hosts did their best to listen to us and satisfy are - demanding! - requests. They were very helpful and suggested nice trips which we indeed did and were very satisfied with.

My ferry got cancelled the day I was supposed to arrive and I called the host letting her know, she was extremely helpful and kind and even refunded me the night I could not arrive. Would stay here again!

The accommodation may be the best VRBO/AirBnB we have ever stayed in. It is a perfect size for one or two people. The unit is lovely inside, with very comfortable furniture and beautiful artwork, and with huge windows looking out over the wild property. The unit is perfectly appointed and supplied. Although it attached to the main house, you wouldn't know it as the rammed-earth walls prevent any noise transmission, as well as keeping the room cool in summer. We found the kitchen to be well designed, and it had everything that we could want, including a delicious basket of breakfast food. The shower was delightful, and there was a washing machine, which came in very handy!

Outdoor seating is also available at the guest house. Everything! Very comfortable, cosy and functional. Loved the peace and quiet and the variety of friendly birds around. Being on a sheep farm was amazing, although you were never close or bothered by the animals. Very grateful for the flexible check out times. Simply a wonderful stay.
