The beach is only 150 metres away. The room, breakfast provisions, and location were perfect. And while we didn't eat at the cafe below, we loved having one in such close proximity.

Plenty of room to store my stuff Very near Nyngan Bowling club which serves cheap beer and happy hour is between 5-6 each day. On the Wednesday I was there I was lucky to have had a special Chinese meal for only $13. Cash only but geez it was tasty.

Hosts were very helpful in helping us find our way around Sydney. Went out of their way to make us feel at home. Great neighborhood, within walking distance of restaurants, entertainment, ferry’s. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Sydney.

The host was fantastic, greeted us despite our very late arrival and farewelled us when we left. We had a rental car and could park off street in a carport which was also a bonus. The room and facilities were excellent and there were individual touches throughout that made it feel ‘special’ Large main room with a comfy bed, good size kitchenette and a nice small private courtyard area which was lovely in the mornings
