The nature is everywhere, everything is super well maintained, the breakfast is great, the family and staff running the place are super friendly. We booked the room by the small lake, and it feels like a fairy tale. You can hear the frogs sing at night, and you can see a lot of fishes during the day. Overall, one of my best hotel experience !

The commuication was already very good before I arrived and this didn't change until I left. Both Maxi and Eliana were very helpful and really did everything in there power to make my stay a memorable one, from organizing my airport pickup and pre-paying for it, welcoming me in person at 4am on my arrival day, giving me tips on where to go and how to get there, to a joint lunch and a little exploration tour through the city. The house was really nice as well, it offered everything one could ask for: a little kitchen including a fridge to store things, a coffee & tea area where you could have free coffee, tea and hot chocolate all day long, a laundry maschine that you could use and a nice little terrasse as well as some other areas where you could sit and relax. The internet worked perfectly in all areas. The room itself was very spacious, with a comfy bed, a desk, a little fridge, a fan, a/c, TV and a hot shower. The location was great, not far from the main square (5mins), surrounded by everything one needs: supermarket, shops, restaurants, market, ATM. And the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. I can only recommand staying at Sarao!!!
