Feels like I was in a fairly tales and the rest of the world doesn't matter. The cabins are self suffcient with cooking facilities. It was really nice to be able to cook some breakfest after weeks eating out. I felt like it was our little home! We had a great view of the lake in our room and the friendly cat would sneak in and play with us. I wish I can stay longer it was defintely the most wonderful hotel that I've stayed.

It's an historical Spanish hacienda from the 19th century, very well managed and maintained by Don Mario and his lovely family. The rooms are spacious, heated and clean. The view to the lake or patio are magnificent, very calm and quiet as it is a 10 minute walk from the town center. Highly recommended!

The room is quite simple, but the view of the lake from the room and terrace is literally that of a five stary hotel. Very comfy bed, friendly owners, good breakfast. Isla del Sol is a beautiful place.

The receptionist even booked our Isla del Sol boat tickets for us, and gave lots of reccos on where best to eat. Close enough to town to walk, but far enough out that it’s peaceful and pindrop silence at night. A very special place that’s great value too.

It was on the top of the ridge, and the large bedroom windows gave me a full view of the lake. It was an easy walk to the restaurants and hiking trail. The owners were friendly and answered all of my questions. I have never slept better at night die to the lack of surrounding noise and lack of cars on the island.
