I cannot express how much I am grateful to find this place! This apartment was just chef's kiss to our already amazing Switzerland experience. I would 100 percent recommend and very willing to come back again. 1. Clear check in/out instruction: Host provided a clear instruction on check in prior to our visitation. He even provided a video on how to open main doors and obtain keys. I was traveling with elder parents and it was dark and cold. Because of the clear instruction, we successfully checked in without a single issue. Check out guideline was also on the wall in the kitchen. We followed as instructed and left without any hustle 2. Very clean and tidy 3. Heater: All heaters were working and kept us warm from Interlaken's cold weather. We turned them off when we are getting out for the day and turn them back on when we come back. It warmed the room pretty quickly. And also helped drying our small laundry items super fast! 4. Location: It was less than 5 min walk from both grocery market and the train/bus stations. Host even provided us with the interlaken pass where we can ride Yellow bus and some trains within interlaken for free! So we had no proble using public transportation around to explore the city. We fell in love with the city and this place was part of the BIG reason we fell in love. I will definitely come back here again during my next trip to Switzerland!

Beatrice and Theo are very kind and warm person, and their service is great.

The property is situated 29 km from Bern Clock Tower, 29 km from Münster Cathedral and 29 km from House of Parliament Bern. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Bärengraben is 28 km away. The property was in historic square. There was a farmers' market on the square the first morning there and we stocked up on some supplies. Easy location to train station. Entry is tucked behind the bar which took us a minute to figure out. Beds were very comfortable. Back patio looking onto Thun Castle was a bonus! Thun is not touristy and that was a true delight!

Excellent accommodation with stunning views! Spacious and well furnished as well. Loved every minute of our stay here. :)

In the heart of Interlaken, Downtown Family&Friends has mountain views from the terrace. There is a private entrance at the homestay for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation offers a lift, a shared kitchen and luggage storage for guests. Location was too good, right next to Interlaken west and in-front of Migros/Denner. Restaurant options below were good as well, although we did not try. Although we did a self-checkin host was prompt to respond to the call and help us with the checking into the apartment. He was kind enough to upgrade our apartment to Private Bathroom and kitchen as we were travelling with small kids, appreciate that gesture. Parking options in Migros basement was economical as well, around CHF 2 per night. Walking around is a very good in vicinity.

Location-there’s bus nearby or a 10 minute walk to town Spacious room, kitchen is complete with what we needed, comfortable bed, high water pressure in the shower Host is very nice and even offered to do our laundry. Will definitely be back here!

Towels and bed linen are provided in the homestay. The view of the mountains is fantastic and the building/room is super modern and very clean. The free bus pass that also doubles as a discount pass for certain activities on the Interlaken/Thun area is also a great touch and makes travel by bus all the easier and at no extra cost. When doing activities mention the card to save some money before paying for the activity such as visiting Thun Castle. There was also a fan included within the room which made up for not having control over air conditioning or an overhead fan. The owner who's phone number can be accessed via WhatsApp is also very kind and responsive. She was wonderful!
