Located around 1.3 km from Maria Auxiliadora Church, the homestay is also 30 km away from Cueva del Milodon. The homestay has family rooms. Lovely place and looks exactly like pictures! It is clean, warm, well-located and host Cesar and his mom are lovely and very helpful. Great place to stay in the way to and from the treck :)

The accommodation features airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. We stayed at host patagonia for 2 nights. The host Fabian is a great person. The facilities are not fancy but equipped with what travelers need. Clean and well maintained. Pretty good speed of wifi. It says that breakfast is not included. But in fact we are free to enjoy everything in the kitchen; eggs, bread, fruits, mineral water, etc. It seems like we are staying at our cousins in Punta Arenas. Thank you Fabian. We loved our stay at Demaris and Francisco’s home in Punta Arenas! It was like staying with a family. They were SO SWEET! We booked our stay last-minute after returning our camper van, and when we got to their house, they welcomed us like family. They were very sweet, and prepared everything for us. The guest room was super clean and cozy, and the bathroom was really clean with hot shower. There was a little common area upstairs complete with a TV, microwave, etc. The house is about 10-15 minute drive from the city center, but it costs us $2 USD TO Uber to the city center. They also offered to take us to the airport the next morning, so it was very convenient. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND DEMARIS’ PLACE IF YOU WANT AN AUTHENTIC EXPERIENCE! I’M SO GLAD WE BOOKED THIS!
