El Sendero is a 2-hour drive from the scenic Torres del Paine National Park and 30 km from Cueva del Milodon Cave. FOR THOSE GOING TO TORRES DEL PAINE: Don't rent sleeping bags or buy gas!! they can offer you this free of charge during your stay. We made the mistake of renting in advance from a company in Puerto Natales. The staff and hosts were very nice, Juan was funny and nice. The common area was large with many sofas and some board games, as well as a TV showing football games. They have a 'gym' with a punching bag, weights and pull up bar among others. They offered to bring us for a fee by car to the bus terminal as it is a 20 minute walk at 6am when heading to Torres del Paine. The rooms are well sized and beds are cozy; the toilets clean and comfortable: come with soap, shampoo and conditioner. The included breakfast comes with juice, coffee, tea, milk, eggs to be made, oranges, apples, yogurt, cereal, cake... Great stay, will be coming back soon for the third time!

It was very cozy and comfortable with the hosts willing to help with any questions or concerns despite the language barrier.

Situated in Punta Arenas, Magallanes region, Casa Celeste is set less than 1 km from Punta Arenas Beach. During your time staying in this recently renovated homestay, dating back to 1956, you will have access to free WiFi. The room was a lovely size for a single bed occupancy, and the bed was very comfy. There was a tv in the room with Netflix, and the wi fi worked perfectly. The casa was in a good location, around a 10 minute walk from the Bus Sur bus station and the tourist Cemetery. The waterfront could be seen from the casa and was around a 5 minute walk. From there, by walking along to the right along the waterfront you can see several landmarks, and end up in the city. The kitchen had good facilities if you want to cook for yourself, and a very nice breakfast was included, served by Felipe. My favourite thing in this accommodation was the cat Chiddy, she is never in the way, but is a lovely friendly cat! The journey to the airport was only about 20 minutes in an Uber, and Felipe was there to help me ensure the Uber arrived at the right place.

Definitely the best hostel I stayed at in Patagonia but probably the best I ever stayed at:) a very nice, family -run hostel with Victoria, the nicest and friendliest staff who really cares about the guests' comfort and makes sure that everyone enjoys their stay there:) The room was warm with unbelievably comfortable beds, I especially loved the blanket. The common area is nicely designed and the breakfast was also exceptionally great. Showers are clean, smell good and the towels are just sooo soft. I really miss the place and would have loved to stay more! I look forward to returning one day:)
