They not only advised us on the best way to visit the national park but even purchased the tickets for us. While the pickup service from the train station was unsuccessful, the drop-off back to the station went smoothly. We enjoyed our time with staff, food was delicious and plentiful. There recommendations for food off site was equally spot on. They went above and beyond. We had a medical issue and they accompanied us to the hospital to be sure all was taken care of. We have never been more impressed.

She helped me plan my a day in Tianmen mountain and two days in Zhangjiajie. Without her I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the parks, as I don’t speak Chinese and it’s hard to get by without the language there. She also checked in to make sure I was okay. I would recommend 100% anybody (Chinese or foreign) to stay here as on top of the service the rooms were also very clean and comfortable, spacious, etc.

Do not attempt to the place on your own as we did :) The owner offers to wait for you at the bus stop/taxi stop and accompany you to the hotel, which is only a couple of minutes away.

Isaac’s father is an amazing chef, and his culinary skills made each meal a great experience . Our host, Isaac, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. He assisted us in countless ways, starting with picking us up from the train station upon our arrival. Throughout our stay, he frequently drove us to various locations and provided drop-off services whenever he could. Isaac’s extensive knowledge of the local area was invaluable. He gave us detailed explanations about the walking tours around Zhangjiajie Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain, including insightful briefings on what to expect at each site. He also helped arrange our tickets and provided clear instructions on how to navigate the attractions. His support truly enhanced our experience and made our trip memorable. The hotel is modern and clean, ensuring you won't feel like you're missing on anything. It's a great place to stay for visiting Tianmen Mountain and the Avatar Mountains, and its close proximity to the train station which adds to the convenience.

We were able to go down to reception or send a message (we used alipay) to get any answers or make requests. All the hotel information is clearly presented as soon as you arrive, including the food options available (we enjoyed a great dinner and breakfast). We stayed with an infant, and the room was lovely and spacious for our needs. We arrived at a cold time, but the room heated up well and the shower was nice and hot. The location is a really convenient 5 minute drive to the Wulingyuan park entrance.

Language barrier is always tricky in China but the receptionist is very attentive and was always going above and beyond to communicate, she was always ready to show the best itinerary and give tips of where to go and what to do.
