Friendly and helpful staff, they asked us 1 day before our arrival when we will be there, and we told them that we'll arrive 1 hour before the check-in time, and when we arrived they already did our room.

Woohoo Rooms Chueca is centrally located in the Chueca District, 100 metres from Madrid’s famous Gran Via, 10 minutes’ walk from Puerta del Sol Square and only 3 minutes’ walk from Chueca Metro Station. A wonderful place to stay in the very heart of Madrid. Sparkling clean, cozy and warm, nearby lots of restaurants. The staff is very polite, always ready to answer the questions. We were with a small kid and felt like home. We totally recommend and would stay in Woohoo again once we come back to Madrid.

We stayed at Hostal Bianco for two nights as a family of three and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable – just steps away from key attractions, restaurants, and metro stations, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and secure. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made our stay easy and pleasant. The staff was friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
