The house is cosy, warm and has everything we needed - very well equipped, even got wool socks for guests to wear inside the house! Great level of attentiveness. We really enjoyed the backyard facing the river and tranquility of the environment. Beds were comfortable and warm.

The property has garden and city views, and is 18 km from Congress & Exhibition Centre Levi Summit. The property is non-smoking and is situated 18 km from Spa Water World, Levi. Henna is a fantastic host - and it was lovely to read that the guesthouse has been in her family for generations. She was so so helpful. The guesthouse including our room was as clean as a whistle and felt homey and welcoming. We are really glad we stayed one night in Kittila town rather than going straight to Levi/Sirkka. We'll definiely stay at Golden Goose for a night next time we fly to Finnish Lapland. Also, on Henna's recommendation, we had a Finnish buffet brunch as our first meal in Finland at a cafe-restaurant across the road from the guesthouse. Really delicious, a local gem, and a total bargain for us as we were travelling on a budget.

Beautiful place, cozy rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast - and eben possible to reach by public transport!

Resort Kurjenoja, a property with a terrace, is situated in Rovaniemi, 10 km from Arktikum Science Centre, 12 km from Santa Park, as well as 14 km from Santa Claus Village. If you arrive early enough you can use the sauna, kitchen is huge. The only thing that could be unpleasant is that you can't access the toilet directly from your room. Anyway the family is super nice and for me was not a problem at all.

Our host was very friendly and she even offered to pick us up at the airport/bus station. :) The room is perfect, the bed is very cozy and big and it has enough space for two. The bathroom is a shared one. The sauna was good too, especially after a long day outside:) The apartment is about 30min by foot away from the city center. Next to the apartment is a river where you can see northern lights if you're very lucky. We enjoyed it very much and can recommend it of course!

A recently renovated property, Heritage House Taimela -homestay Great for families is situated in Rovaniemi near Rovaniemi Local History Museum, Forestry Museum of Lapland. The property has inner courtyard views and is 4.8 km from Arktikum Science Centre and 10 km from Santa Park. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Perfect accommodation for our family. Tapio and Niina are very kind and made sure our stay was perfect in every single detail. 100% recommend it!
