The breakfast was excellent, and the large communal table for all the guests enabled us to get to know the other Champagne enthusiast travelers who were also staying there. We stayed here for one night, but we wish we could have stayed longer. We also enjoyed the tasting of a selection of the Collery Champagnes in the next door tasting room, tempting us to buy a few bottles to take back. Highly recommended. We will certainly be back.
