Parking is available You will need to climb 3-+1 stairs just be advised. Room is basic but comfortable, has TV and Fridge. Great view

The room was spacious, with a small sofa and table – perfect for working. The bed was very comfortable, and there was even a balcony. The hosts, Shako and Beka, are incredibly friendly (it feels like being hosted by friends) :) And the breakfasts are insanely good! If I'm ever back in Tbilisi, I'll definitely stay here again. Absolutely recommended :)
