The village itself is quiet and charming, set in the mountains, and the whole experience—from the hotel to the taverna and the wonderful host—was just perfect. From the start, we felt very welcomed. We were helped with our luggage to the third floor, and it felt like we were given one of the best rooms, with a stunning view of the mountains. The room was spacious, beautifully renovated, with elegant furniture and thoughtful design—it was clear a lot of care went into creating such a comfortable space. Everything was spotless, fresh, and bright, from the bedroom to the bathroom. We also ate at the taverna that belongs to the hotel, and the food was absolutely delicious. The owner is such a kind, helpful person—he gave us great advice on routes and places to visit, and it was truly a pleasure to meet him. We loved everything about our stay and honestly didn’t want to leave.

The owners are very nice and always willing to help. We booked a parking spot with them, which turned out to be very convenient.

The property is less than 1 km from Koum Kapi Beach, and within 100 metres of the city centre. We stayed at Cretan Berry Sarpaki for 5 nights and found it to be very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was also close enough to the town to easily see the sights but located on a quiet street. The bed and bedding are lovely. The customer service was great and communication very quick. We were able to organise to store our bags at reception after check out on our last day and Georgia also organised us an airport transfer for 32€ which made our final day hassle-free.

Everything.. spotless apartment So convenient for beach and old town. Air conditioning and also a washing machine which was a huge bonus as had been travelling for 14 days prior. The owner was so very helpful and kind and let us keep luggage and use room until later as had a late flight. Would highly recommend and definitely go back if visiting Chania again.

The room itself was so well organized and made in a very modern way. In short, everything was super comfortable. We are for sure coming back to Nine - Cozy Rooms.
