Getting to the room was like being in a maze. It had really narrow alley’s with several turns. With each turn your presented with a new sights and amazement. You kept climbing up and up and up. The town of Hydra is spectacular.

There are also many excellent restaurants, beautiful coves, bars and beaches 10-15 minutes walk from the town. Evita is a wonderful host, very keen to help with everything from restaurant and beach recommendations to arranging luggage transport to and from Hydra port. The rooms are immaculately clean and well equipped (fridge, induction hob, glasses, plates, Nespresso coffee machine, cutlery and even a corkscrew! Evita and Maria’s care and attention to detail make the Athina Guesthouse a very special place. Fresh towels every day, new tea, coffee and breakfast supplies. Five stars +! We got back to Athens today, and we’re already planning our next stay at the Athina. It’s a lovely, lovely place.

Helpful in giving us tips on where to go, accessible and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved our stay.
