The AC was also working which made our stay very comfortable. The location was perfect, although it was in the central part still it was quiet (at least when we were there in June). The nearest bus stop was literally few minutes walk, shops and restaurants also walking distance. There is also a beach nearby walking distance if you don't feel like taking the bus, which might be a bit unpredictable. The owner was very friendly, gave us tips which beaches to check, how to get there (we didn't want to take the bus) and any other questions we had she was open to give suggestions.

I am very picky about where I stay. Those who know me understand that cleanliness is priority #1 in my choice of accommodations. When you check accommodations on the Internet, it appears great and when you get there it does not. I had read the past reviews - they were all positive! With regards to Capella Town, what is published on the Internet…what you see is what you get - in other words: it is exactly What is published on the Internet, incl booking.com and it exceeded my expectations.

Villa Makis Studios, a property with a garden, is situated in Skiathos Town, 500 metres from Megali Ammos Beach, 1 km from Skiathos' Port, as well as less than 1 km from Papadiamantis' House. Featuring garden and city views, this guest house also comes with free WiFi. We stayed here in August for 4 days. The accommodation turned out to be wonderful, even better than we expected for such a price. The room has all the amenities: air conditioning, a hairdryer, a bathroom, toiletries, a kitchen with everything necessary to prepare a basic breakfast, and even a simple coffee machine, which was a very pleasant surprise. The hostess is a lovely woman; cleaning was done daily while we were out of the room, and they even washed the dishes if we left something in the sink. A nice bonus was that upon arrival we found a bottle of water in the fridge, which was very relevant in such heat, as well as two coffee capsules for the machine. The view from the room is incredible.
