I was so impressed with the wonderful staff, from front desk Ofelia, who was always ready and willing to help with anything from transportation, both public and private, to getting tours to Aliana in the kitchen to the other staff members, both in the kitchen and the cleaning ladies (who are always asking if we needed anything, towels, etc) as well as the young men fixing anything around the place. They were always cleaning everything. The place is spotless, the breakfast is excellent with various choices. They have beautiful artwork everywhere. There is coffee/tea available 24 hours. The rooms are huge. Even though the private bathroom is outside, it is also pretty big and very, very clean. There is HOT WATER (like really hot water) 24/7. It is very safe to stay here. The main central area is walking distance. There are food places right outside the hotel. It is better than a 5* hotel. GO for it!!!!

It’s an island of peace. The view from the terrace is really nice. I’m glad I found this hotel and hope that I’ll have the chance to return.
