Every time I came back to the hostel in the evening or left in the morning I was greeted by my friends at Snooze and we usually had a pleasant conversation afterward. They are beyond happy to learn more about their guests and help their guests out. The breakfast was organic and healthy, I was served two meals every morning as I stayed in a double room. They offered a variety of options on each day of my stay and the quality of the food was just amazing. The hostel is located in a tranquil neighborhood but it is also not far from the robust areas of the city. It is only a few minutes away on foot from the Malioboro. You could get to most of the attractions in the city within 10 minutes by motorbike (e.g., Taman Sari and the Kraton), which the staff could help you arrange. The room and the shared bathroom have also been very clean and comfortable and the hygiene has been maintained at a pretty high standard. Snooze is also a place to meet with new friends. I find a lot of traveling people I knew in other cities again at Snooze. I would highly recommend this place for a days-long stay in Jogja and I believe people will come back to the city just because of Snooze.
