Rani went above and beyond to help us secure a last minute jeep booking to visit Mt Bromo, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect—quiet, cool, and peaceful, making it a great escape from the city. Plus, the hotel is equipped with Starlink WiFi, which was fast and reliable enough for me to get some work done during the trip. Highly recommended!

Located between Malang and Bromo, so it is very convenient to go from the ecolodge to the Bromo tour. Scooters can be only rented on Malang, better to take minumun 120cc if you want to travel around, for example, to Sewu waterfall. Gojek works, but in the evening there maybe problems to get one, get a car in advance or ask the owner. The owners btw are very very cool and helpful! Thank you for helping us out!!!! Huge beach, swimmable with small to medium sized waves. Almost no one there so felt we had it all to ourselves. Overnight trip to Sukamade to see the turtles a must. One of the best things we’ve done in Indonesia.

The location is already near from the port so if you will be going to Bali after staying at Bayuwanggi this is a good option. The hostel also arranged the Ijen tour for us. We will surely stay here again if ever we comeback.
