We arrived extremely late at night and you were there to welcome us, as tired as we were, we could not have asked for a better welcome. We had a wonderful room with all amenities and bathroom needs waiting for us. A wonderful night's sleep was had on a very comfortable bed. On our two days stay Elizabeth prepared a very personal breakfast for us each morning that was to die for. We left well fed for the day. With nice grounds to sit out in the sunshine or the guests personal reading room, adequate on-site parking. We wished we could have stopped longer but we had to head off to a certain Golf tournament that was being held at Royal Portrush. We look forward to returning at the first opportunity. This charming property opens onto grounds with views of a 12th-century Norman motte fort. the customer service was excellent. Very comfortable bed. Clean and tidy. Lovely place to stay.

Do not hesitate to book this accommodation. The b and b itself is in a great location with beautiful views. The rooms were a great size and very clean. There was at least 2 bathrooms as well as a kitchen, games room and a balcony area where my friend and I enjoyed our bottle of red wine on before our wedding. Our host PJ was lovely and very kind and helpful throughout our stay- including providing some great toast!!
