But what really made this guest house special was the owner. He was incredibly friendly, hospitable, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. He gave us invaluable advice on what to see and do in Tel Aviv, gave us accurate directions to local attractions, and recommended delicious restaurants nearby. He was always helpful and interested in making our stay as pleasant as possible.

Luxury studio at the heart of old Jaffa is a beachfront property situated in Tel Aviv, 500 metres from Alma Beach and 1.8 km from Suzanne Dellal Center for Dance and Theater. We loved everything about the property and location, but it was really the host that made our stay very special. Friendly, helpful and considerate are just a few words to sum the host up! The location was perfect and we were surprised just how quiet the area was. If you want to get a real feel of Israel and to stay in someone's home this is the perfect experience.

Joseph the owner is right nearby for any question big or small, so kind and accommodating. The studio is beautifully appointed with kitchenette, lovely balcony. Mine looked out onto foliage and quiet street. It’s amazing how quiet and peaceful the apartment is given its proximity to Rothschild (a stone’s throw). Groceries, cafes, restaurants all nearby. Walkable to Neve Tzedek, Nahalat Binyamin, Beach, Carmel market. (And for you Americans out there… I’ve never had such amazing hot water pressure anywhere in Israel ;)). You simply cannot go wrong at Rothschild Studios. Thank you for a beautiful stay. ❤️

The bedroom was beautiful and very comfortable beds to sleep. The check-in instructions very easy to understand :). The apparment has everything you need during your staying like towels, iron, shampoo, soap, kitchen facilities, WiFi access. I was supper happy with the accomodation and also it exceed my expectations. The place offer also souvenirs, beers, bike rental, laundry, and luggage locker. Meir was super friendly and helpful person giving us some suggestions about transport to the airport, and also he left a city map where you can find the best restaurants and places to visit during your staying in Tel- Aviv. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone is visiting Tel Aviv. If one day, I will back to Tel-Aviv I will back to this place. Highly recommended! 🙂
