Enjoying our breakfast on the rooftop with a stunning view on the Mehrangarh Fort was quite amazing as well.

Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. I stayed 3 nights in this wonderful haveli in the heart of old Jaipur. The location is simply perfect for tourists as it is a few minutes away from the top attractions. There is also a lively market next to it, for any need. The haveli was completely restored and it is elegant and comfortable. The hosts welcomed me with open arms and attended to my every need with incredible warmth. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The home stay serves delicious and healthy home-like Indian food. The hosts took the time to chat with me and helped me and other guests participate into the life of the town, by bringing us to the temple and celebrating a festival with us. It was special to experience Indian family life and culture like this. The most special side of this place is the host family, the deep care and love they put in everything: taking care of the place, which is also their home, and of their guests. If you are visiting Jaipur this is definitely the place to stay!

The hotel was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant and the terrace give a spectacular view of the city. The room was very clean with comfortable bed and clean sheets. The biggest bonus was the hotel manager Ali and his staff! They are all very friendly and polite and Ali took care of all my needs and more. Highly recommended!

We loved the communal table. It was a great way to meet people in this beautifully decorated dining room with chandeliers and beautiful family photos. The property had an old-world charm about it and was very well decorated with fine-quality accents throughout, including our room. The staff was charming as well as the owners, Colonel Mahendra and his wife. They had some fascinating stories to tell and we enjoyed their hospitality tremendously. We highly recommend this property!

The beds are remarkably comfortably, and I slept better in them than in my own bed at home. Ahmed's side work in antiquities additionally makes for remarkable decorations and books that can easily steal your attention on a slow night or morning. Ahmed and Lucky's wives run the kitchen and create delicious, fresh dishes which ensured that I had little desire to eat anywhere else! It was so fresh, we'd often put in our dinner orders in mid-afternoon so the ingredients could be picked up from the market the same day. Service was on par with some of the best hotels - with seamless communication to arrange transportation, track travel details, and ensure all was the best it could be. Throughout my stay, Ahmed and Lucky were constantly finding ways to improve my experience and regularly checked that I had everything I needed (even checking on me after I had departed for further locations in my trip). The crowning jewel of the experience was the conversations. Ahmed has created an environment that attracts an excellent variety of travelers and dedicates his evenings to bringing them together and building spontaneous community. Ahmed and Lucky are engaging and candid on their own as well - providing a unique opportunity to learn about the lives and views of Bikaners. Lastly, I must give a special shout out to Lucky's side work as TukTuk driver and guide during the day. He is excellent at both, and provides the rare add-on service of a candid crash course in Indian street knowledge and market practices (if you ask).

Nice clean room at a good location close to picholia lake and 10 minutes walk from the train station . They serve breakfast to your room . Host is a friendly person , helped us with directions and scheduling our trip . Very good value for the money ,it well deserves its rating
