Located in Álftanes, a 15-minute drive from central Reykjavík, Eyvindarholt Guesthouse features bright and modern accommodation with free WiFi, scenic views, as well as Icelandic art and design.

The property offers private and fully equipped apartments, some with a sea view. The breakfasts were amazing! I had read a lot of reviews about them and they did not disappoint! The room was beautifully decorated and I had an amazing view of the Icelandic President's official residence and Hallgrimskirkja. The room I was very quiet and well equipped.

Offering a garden and garden view, Casa Dísa - Dreams, A Boutique Guesthouse in Reykjavik City`s Central Park and Botanical Garden in Laugardalur, Hot-Spring-Valley is set in Reykjavík, 4.5 km from Solfar Sun Voyager and 4.7 km from Hallgrímskirkja Church. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the homestay free of charge. The property offers allergy-free units and is located 4.5 km from The Pearl. All furniture and bed are of high quality, we had a best sleep for the trip here. The lady stayed up late to welcome us after a midnight arrival which made you feel welcome immediately. We learnt a lot about the country and its cities naming root and stuff. Followed her recommendation and love all of them.

Set in Kjósahreppur, 45 km from Thingvellir National Park, Hvammsvík Nature Resort has a private beach area, parking on-site and rooms with free WiFi access. This beachfront property offers access to a patio. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the outdoor fireplace, or enjoy views of the mountain and lake. Everything was fantastic. We stayed in the Clubhouse. Stunning views, lovely kitchen to cook a delicious dinner. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The springs were magical and the restaurant (seafood soup!!) was delicious. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, we had the northern lights on New Year’s Eve. Thank you for a wonderful visit. Trip of a lifetime!

Located on Álftanes peninsula, this guest house offers cottage-style rooms with free WiFi , driftwood furniture and a flat-screen TV. Reykjavík city centre is 14 km away.

All rooms at Hlid Fisherman's Village provide tea/coffee amenities and sea views. Each room has a private bathroom with shower. Great, quiet location with fantastic views. A little drive from the main roads, but that´s perfectly to our liking. Very clean and spacious room, comfortable beds including the sofabed. Also the little terrace on the seaside was perfect for a morning coffee or latenight stargazing :)

Eric the Red is a perfectly located Guest House in Reykjavik just 60m/200ft from Hallgrímskirkja Church which is the biggest church and single most central point in Reykjavik, we are in short walking distance from all the best Reykjavik has to offer, whether it’s Museums, Restaurants, Cafés, Bars, Shopping Streets, Parks, the BSi bus station, Geothermal Swimming pools or Lake Tjörnin, and yet positioned in a quiet area of the center. It has been my "layover" between two flights. Because domestic airport is located close to center of Reykjavik, I choosed the Red guesthouse which is licated in-between downtown (10 minutes walk) and BSI - cental bus hub (10 minutes walk). Before even booking, I was attracted by friendly description with many small, but quite important details. Reality was above my expectations... Extremely clean and cozy, quite old (I believe) authentic icelandik house which remembers many inhabitants, their happy and sad days, love stories and laugh of kids. There are many pictures on the walls, some of them are real oil on canva pices of art, some are introducing modern (NOT conteporary! :)) art. Every corner, every little shelf is well designed and "on a right place". Kitchen is well equipped - possible to accomplish quite complicated receipts. Eric is a very positive and friendly person, easy available and helpful by phone. A few another customers were smiling and friendly - seems that interior and atmosphere of this house affects people in a good way. My only regret is that I spent only one night there and didn't have enough time to really enjoy this place. I'm already looking forward my next trip to Reykjavik. Thank you very much Eric! You and your staff are great! Eugene Snezhkin Nóvember 14, 2024

Situated in Reykjavik’s old city centre, this family-run property is across the street from Hallgrim’s Church. It offers a communal kitchen, as well as modern and fresh rooms with wooden furnishings.

The simply decorated rooms at Guesthouse Sunna feature either private or shared bathroom facilities. All have free Wi-Fi, while some have a TV, a fridge, or a tea/coffee maker. All rooms have access to a communal kitchen. The location, for us, couldn't have been better. You could see Hallgrimskirkja cathedral from our rooms. There are restaurants and even a little grocery store in less than a 5 min walk. The section of the Rainbow Road is less than 10 minutes away. The staff was kind and helpful. Good breakfast options. The entire guesthouse was very clean and well maintained. Having parking on the property was huge. We would definitely stay here again on future visits to Reykjavik.

Audur Guesthouse is situated in the Reykjavík East district of Reykjavík, 2.1 km from Nauthólsvík Geothermal Beach, 700 metres from Hallgrímskirkja Church and 1.4 km from Solfar Sun Voyager. This guest house features free private parking, a shared kitchen and free WiFi. Blue Lagoon is 47 km from the guest house and Harpa Concert Hall & Conference Centre is 1.9 km away. We had a very clean and beautiful room, the hosts were super helpful and responsive at all times. Amazing fresh breakfast, the only thing that may need improvement is the breakfast bread was burned on the bottom every day we got breakfast. Other than that we had a blast!
