It is so perfectly clean, new and high quality that I have rarely seen before. It is on a quiet street, with many parking place without any parking fee. The main entrance door opened by personal code and she was so attentive that she set up one we can easily remember. We got welcome drinks, there were coffee capsules, every kitchen tools that you need, premium quality liquid soap, body lotion, shower gel in pump bottle, more than enough towel, diahwasher capsules. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The owner is very kind and helpful, she gave us many advice. If you want to visit Venice and mostly Triest but you want to avoid busy and crowded places this would be the best choise.
