Great location near old town and bars / restaurants on sea front. We enjoyed the personal touches such as the games machine!

Sa Domu is a small, charming guest house with a family-run atmosphere and a central location in Cagliari, just a 5-minute walk from the harbour and train station. All rooms offer free wired internet and an LCD TV with pay-per-view channels. The location was perfect. An easy 7 minute walk from the train station, right outside the old city, and down the block from the botanical gardens. The staff was helpful with things to see and do, restaurants etc. the breakfast was fantastic.

We booked the room with a balcony. Perfect view, typical Italian. It was very clean and spacious room. Veronica was an angel and was always there for everything you need. Also, breakfast was included in the price. The parking is in front of the building, if you have a luck you will find a spot for your car, but nothing is guaranteed. Overall, one of the best experiences! Highly recommended!

The hosts are very kind and always make themselves available for anything. Location is very good, it takes 3 min to reach main parkings of Olbia. There is a very good cafe to have breakfast close by, just 50m away. Supermarket and everything else is in short distance. The installations are excellent, very clean and super silent to sleep, there are no noise from street inside the room, thanks to good windows. Air conditioner is very powerful, yet silent. There is a kitchen in common area. If you want a stress-free stay in Olbia, this is the place to relax! For sure I'll recommend to all my friends and when going back to Olbia, will stay there again.
