Also, breakfast was included in the price. The parking is in front of the building, if you have a luck you will find a spot for your car, but nothing is guaranteed. Overall, one of the best experiences! Highly recommended!

The installations are excellent, very clean and super silent to sleep, there are no noise from street inside the room, thanks to good windows. Air conditioner is very powerful, yet silent. There is a kitchen in common area. If you want a stress-free stay in Olbia, this is the place to relax! For sure I'll recommend to all my friends and when going back to Olbia, will stay there again.

The accommodation is modern, located in a good area of ​​Olbia (it's a 15-20 minute walk from the city center, the supermarket is 5 minutes walk away). The cleaning is well done, both in the room and in the common hallway (you can smell a pleasant smell when you enter the room). We communicated very well with Riccardo, the information for check in and check out was accurate and sufficient. In addition, he gave us a lot of information about places to visit and restaurants that we should try. We highly recommend this accommodation and if we come back to Olbia we will definitely choose this accommodation again.
