The hotel is located in a prime spot, within walking distance of all the important sights, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. I believe this is because the hotel is tucked away deep inside a building complex. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and friendly welcome from the owner. The hotel has only three rooms, which creates an exclusive and intimate atmosphere. The lounge area is tastefully decorated, with quiet jazz music playing in the background, creating a soothing ambiance. The pleasant aroma in the air added to the overall relaxing atmosphere, providing a much-needed respite after busy days exploring the city. The owner took the time to provide us with invaluable tips and recommendations for sightseeing, ensuring we made the most of our time in Trieste. The rooms themselves were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The beds were large and comfortable, and a large flat-screen TV adorned the wall. The spacious bathroom was a welcome feature. One of the highlights of our stay was the option to have breakfast, which we gladly accepted. The owner personally prepared the breakfast, taking into account any dietary restrictions or preferences we had. Whether it was gluten-free or lactose-free options, he accommodated our requests with great care. The breakfast itself was delicious and satisfying, providing ample fuel for the day ahead. What truly sets this Bed & Breakfast apart is the genuine involvement and hospitality of the owner. He was always friendly, approachable, and eager to share his knowledge about the city's history and Italian culture. His personal touch made us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wishes to explore Trieste and immerse themselves in the city's charm.

The accommodation features airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. We liked everything of this property - location, apartment and parking options. Location is right in the center of the town. There is great restaurant Bianco 20 meters away. We were travelling by car with a box on the roof and ised the paid parking public garage parking Park San Giusto. There were also available spots on the street in front paid with meter. Apartment was cosy, clean and hot. Late Check-in as self service was very convenient. The option to use locker to store your luggage after check-out is also great.

The girls are really wonderful, they explained everything to us through messages, how to get to them, organized parking for us. We are sure to be your guests again.

The location is perfect - close to everything but still quiet in the night. The breakfast arranged by the hotel was also a wonderful experience- you get to eat at the most known place at the main square and the choice is great.

Miramare Castle is 8.3 km away and The Škocjan Caves is 27 km from the guest house. 23 Suites was a lovely newly renovated apartment room. Everything was new, clean and comfortable. It was located in the heart of Trieste so able to walk to shops, restaurants etc. would highly recommend staying here.
