The bathroom is exceptional, and the shower has good pressure, nice toiletries provided. Coffee machine with capsules + small snack + tea offered the 2 days stay + water for the first night. Every room has its entrance through the common area (large corridor), smells nice everywhere... Lina and her son Jorgen (speaks english) are very nice and helpful. They did the check-in and checkout in person, and we communicated with Google translate when needed with no issues. The location is great, 3 minutes from La Spezia train station and 5 minutes walking to downtown (restaurants), a very quiet area. They allowed us to leave our luggage for a couple of hours after checkout. Recommended 100%.
