The futon bed was so comfortable, the room was easily heated despite the cold weather, the facilities were clean and the design of the entire place is beautiful. Appreciated the well-equipped kitchen space - there’s plenty of room to cook a full meal in there and relax. The staff are very friendly too and gave great recommendations and always said hi, even when the downstairs bar was really busy! Only stopped here briefly but I’d comfortably stay a whole week or more in this beautiful guesthouse!

The size of the room, cleanliness, location, the host was very accomodating and helpful!!

The kitchen is large and fully stocked, they have a washer and dryer, and the rooms were exactly as listed. Our host was courteous and the staff would keep the guest house super clean. They even gave us a bottle of fresh squeezed locally farmed mandarin juice, which was delicious.

There's everything we need in the moderate space. The owner replied my questions before the trip in time, that's really greatful. The water temperate in the bathroom is a little bit too cold for me. But it's okay in the hot summer.

My family and I liked how spacious, convenient and warm welcoming our host was! The location was few minutes walking distance to local restaurants and family mart. It was also approximately 8 minutes from Kumano Hayatama Taisha and in front of the bus stop heading towards to Nachi. Our host, Sasaki-san, was also kind to give us an introduction to the place along with offering free icecream, beer and sake! Overall we recommend this place!

Set in the centre of Osaka, 400 metres from Shinsaibashi Station, Apartment Hotel 11 Shinsaibashi 3 offers air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. With city views, this accommodation provides a balcony. This 4-star homestay offers private entrance. LOCATION: is amazing, only 5-7 mins to the famous Shinsabashisuji where you can get all your shopping done; about 15-20mins walk to Kuromon Market where you can spend all day to explore fresh seafood and street eats. Our greatest find is the underground shopping street right in front of the hotel, especially on a rainy day with young children and elderly on our trip. ROOM: 3 units per floor, room is decent size for a family of 4. It was nice to have the dining area as we eneded up buying take out every night after dinner and we got to enjoy our midnight snacks at the hotel. All the appliances were easy to operate. Beds were comfy, we definitely had no complaint about that. CHECK IN CHECK OUT: I was very concerned about the check in process before my arrival, It turned out to be straight forward. I highly recommend setting up any groupchat with the hotel conciege prior your trip, their response were fast and helpful. I had 3 separate bookings, and each of them had specific requests and needs, I managed to sort everything out with the hotel before my departure.
