The entire complex is simply stunning – beautifully maintained and full of character. And the breakfast… the pumpkin porridge and sandwiches will stay in my heart forever — absolutely delicious. Highly recommend! Oh, and just to add — the thin mattress was surprisingly comfortable. I had a 10/10 quality sleep!

Dongparang hanok stay is set in Gyeongju and features a pool with a view and garden views. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house has family rooms. This is probably the best place to stay at if youre visiting Gyeongju. Super clean and comfortable, the attractions are close to this place and you can walk there. However it is a bit far from the station but it did not matter. Staff is very very nice and were helpful throughout my stay. Would definitely come back again!

The stay itself is a very unique experience, if you're looking for a traditional hanok stay I can't imagine a better place to do it.

She recommended areas to go in the city. The breakfast was very nice :) very quiet area! You can make friends easily in the hostel! The bed was a little hard for me, but everything was okay! Clean! Good location, I definitely recommend this hostel :)
