This homestay is operated by the most beautiful family and we honestly can say they set the most exceptionally high standard for Aragum Bay accommodation. We rented 5 rooms and everyone felt the same. Jaz and his family were so helpful with everything from money changing to advising on tuk tuk prices, arranging drivers and any other questions we had. They went above and beyond to help us and nothing was a problem. Even making a birthday cake for one of our group. The rooms are immaculate - so clean with everything we needed. Location is perfect and is in the middle of everything, steps to the beach and even has an attached very well stocked supermarket. Our stay here was such a delight and we really look forward to coming back here. If we could rate this accommodation 10 stars, we absolutely would.

The biggest bed ever and very comfortable. Gardens are well taken care of and adds a nice privacy to the room. Very clean room and bathroom. We were greeted by amazing and super friendly hosts who gave us complementary coffee. Tuktuk parking behind a gate which was awesome for us. Very clean place and kitchen that you can use and store and cook food in if needed. We really loved our stay here. Host gave us great recommendations for food places and sight seeing. I would stay again. Thank you 🙏

If you go to the main street, you can sometimes see the 'local' elephant in the marsh nearby. The place is clean, has AC and everything you need, even a hammock to chill in. Basheer is always there to help you with pretty much everything you need. The breakfast is very good and the cappuccino, one of the best in Sri Lanka. I totally recommend Aqua Blue!

Kevin was an incredible host and the rooms were large and clean! As we traveled out of season breakfast wasn’t provided, but we were able to use the kitchen to make ourselves meals. You get easy access to all the main surf points and town amenities, but you're far enough away to enjoy complete peace and quiet. It's the perfect tranquil escape after a day in the sun. The Room & Amenities: The room was fantastic—very spacious,spotlessly clean, and designed with comfort in mind. It was equipped with all the required amenities, and everything was in great working order. It truly felt like a home away from home. Overall Experience: I can't fault this place.For the comfort, space, and serene atmosphere, it offers incredible value. I would gladly give it a perfect 10 out of 10 for the room and overall experience. It’s a gem that provides a quiet, convenient, and comfortable base for your Arugam Bay adventures. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!
