Highly recommend staying here and I will definitely visit Jaffna again and stay at Tony's!

Jaffna turned out to be an unexpected highlight of our trip — such a hidden gem! Highly recommended!

The place is on a very quiet street, however, it was easy to get a tuk tuk in and out of town or to any place of interest.
